Fun Ride

      I have join a bikers group in town "Universal Bikers". I joined the group after a few month of buying my 650cc Kawasaki ER-6f. I want to join the group because I like to ride and go to places especially to the other city or pertapaan other neighbour countries such as Thailand or Vietnam.

        In the first gathering with them, I'm very surprise because in the discussion the leader have bring out about charity ride. I think I gonna like this group, not like the other bikers group that I always heard about enjoy, party, road racing etc. All bikers like to travel for sure. I'm glade to hear about the next fun ride and a little thank giving ceremony. 

        First fun ride with my bikers group after  about 6 month I bought my new bike. I'm very excited to go because they mansion about the trail/road that we gonna ride will be challenging roadway that have a lot of corner and bumping. So, I can test my bike performance at that particular road to see how is my bike suspension systems are going to be. This road is well known among the riders. Today's journey is about 370km (230 miles) around the state crossing a lot of village and small town. We take our breakfast at one of the famous Lamp Curry restaurant nearby the highway before entering the rural. 

        Unfortunately,  one of our gang commit an accident at one of the sharp corner. I saw it in front of my naked eyes how his bike run into the opposite lane because of the rider have gain to much speed when entering the corner and hit the road barrier. I sow him jump out from his bike to dodge from hitting the barrier and he is lucky that only have a little scratch only. Thanks to the outfit that he was wearing that time. After riding that 140 km challenging roadway, we took our lunch at the nearby town. My body was sweating and feel tired and we spend about 1 hours to rest at the restaurant talking about the ride that we already done.

         It was the most amazing trip that I have done in my life. My friend said that road have about almost 150 corners and no wander my hand and body feel so tired after riding that day.  I have done 4 times already and still can't  remember and memories the corner there. I will post in the next article for the other ride we have made and about the charity ride to the children school.

When I'm Bored

          Sometime in our life there got a time where we just don't really know what to do. Feeling bored is the one thing that make me uncomfortable to what I'm doing in that particular day. So I decide to do something interesting

         This time I want to go fast in the safety way. So the highway is one place that I can pull my throttle to the highest RPM as I can with the bike for a long distance. I decided to have a dinner at another state beside mine. Malacca is my only choice to go when I got bored. 

    The distance from my home is about 220km (137 miles) and it's enough for to feel the speed. I usually gone out at 8pm and will arrived at Bandar Hilir, Malacca around 9pm to 9:30pm depends on the traffic. 

        I like to go there at night because Malacca have a nice beautiful place to visit with a wonderful glowing light with variety color and shape. When I got there, I will go to Taman Kota Laksaman to have my diner. I like the cook there. It serve 'Gulai Asam Pedas' that is famous among the customers not even in Malacca but from another state. When I was done eating, I will go for a round the town at Bandar Hilir. There you can find a lot of foreigner that come for a holiday at this famoust Historical State ever because Malacca use to be a Head Quarters of the invaders in 17th centuries. 

         

        I like to sit at the river site to watch people walking around while enjoying my cigarette. I wonder maybe they all get bored as I do. Than when the clock turn 1am, I start my bike to go back home to Johor Bahru and this time I just ride it in low RPM only. Just to make a safe riding back home, I guess. I arrived at home around 3am and feel very tired. After have take a little shower, I went to bed to take a deep good sleep. I wander what is going to be for my next ride.

First Fun Ride

      I like to ride a motorbike. I'm riding since I'm in secondary school and got my license when I'm 18. So, I'm very interesting to have a long ride. After I buy my bike (this is my 4th bike after 3 small bike), I decided to attend my sister wedding 800 km to the North from home. Unfortunately, I can't pull the throttle hard and get fast because its new bike. So I have to maintain it around 100km/h for first 1000km. This is the reason I want to go for this ride so this 1000km will finish quickly.

 

       Thank to God that I have to attend my sister weeding invitation at her husband family house that is quite far from our home (at another state). So I take this opportunity to complete my virgin bike period. For this first long trip, I got to ride for about 800km to the North. It was very exciting trip I ever done before. It become much more fun in the way back to South because I can ride faster but still don't gain a confident to take it to full throttle.

This is my longest ride in my life and I enjoy it very much.
